Sharri & Erika decided to plant these orange sunflowers seeds in their square foot garden boxes in the spring. On the seeds package it said that they would grow 12". So, we thought they would be great in the front of the boxes, instead of the back.As you can see, they are not 12" but 12'. They are covering all 3 square gardens and the sidewalk in front of the house. The hummingbirds have found them and love them. NOTE TO SELF: Don't plant any kind of sunflowers in the front garden.
